Located in Rota (Cádiz), on the northwest coast of the province of Cadiz, just five minutes walk from the wonderful Punta Candor Beach and surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants and tourist and beach services that guarantee the best vacation possible. Practical and cozy 52m2 accommodation where you will feel at home thanks to its family layout as it has a living room, kitchen equipped with induction, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, complete crockery, glassware and cutlery as well as many kitchen utensils to prepare the best dishes for you and yours; main room with a very comfortable double bed; another room with two single beds; bathroom with shower and hairdryer; a terrace with a dining area and views of the community pool and garden area. The house has free WiFi connection and access to the pool (summer only). Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa bed when you arrive. In the house you will also find a clothes iron. Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes). 🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.
