Manilva City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given. The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table, sofa and flat-screen TV. From the kitchen and living room you can see directly to the beach. On the terrace there is a lounge group where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular view for a relaxing holiday. In front of the house is a wide promenade that takes you all the way to Casares Costa, either on foot or by bike. The community has a community pool that is open during the summer months.
